I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participation in the Mbabane Marathon involves inherent risks including physical injury or death. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. I release, discharge, and hold harmless the race organisers, sponsors, volunteers, and all officials from any and all liability, claims, actions and causes of action arising from my participation. I confirm that I am medically fit to participate and have not been advised otherwise by a medical professional. This waiver is binding on my heirs, executors, and legal representatives.
